How to unlock the Spirits' friend achievement in Faery: Legends of Avalon - Definitive Guide

Story-related and unmissable.

Upon completing the last mission in the City of Mirages called: The Sacred Scarab. You must fly around the city walls installing wind traps. After the last wind trap is installed your quest log will update and ask you to go speak with Oberon a final time. Upon the conclusion of that conversation your achievement will pop, and the credits will roll (Press B to skip :P)

EDIT: Some players are reporting that after installing 5/5 Wind Traps and speaking to the Sphinx that they are only getting dialogue options for the Wealthy District. Those players have reported that flying around the city walls a second time have remedied this glitch. If this happens to you attempt to fly around the city again before reloading an old save.

WARNING
Point of no return is ahead, speaking to Oberon ends the game. Make sure you manually save your game before speaking with Oberon or else your save will become unusable causing you to start over if you had any unfinished side-quests.

Luckily managed to load the game on the 360 rather than the one and the cloud hadn't synced so had an old but not too old save. Thank god. This was a tiresome repetitive game.

Sooo i had the same f-ing glitch at the end with the wind traps. I got really mad and flew around started yelling at my TV, i had no older save i could use for that, i was really disapointet, bc the game isn´t that bad. I went to the Sphinx-thingi and entered again and again a conversation with him and thean suddenly my Quest updated and i was told to go to oberon. Sooo when you have no clue what to do, get mad and talk the quest-Person alot.laughclap

I think they may have tweaked this because even though I wasn't able to talk to the Sphinx I went to Oberon and he acknowledged that I saved that world and the achievement popped.

BloodDiamond174 was right. I entered conversation with the Sphinx and backed out a few times in a row and the "Quest Successful" messaged popped up and it was updated to say go see Oberon.

Thanks BloodDiamond174!

Just completed today and they only thing I did after following the solutions above was talk to the princesses inside the temple and then all the quests updated. So weird.

fly around the city walls and install the wind traps... Did you not see that written in the solution?

Same glitch happened to me! I only had a very old save and would have to do all the desert quests again. What helped for me was to fly around the city again passing all the wind traps a second time. It seems that the game didn't register the full circle before. When I talked to the Sphinx again after that my quest log got updated - so no need to reload old save clap

Story related, can't be missed.

This trophy will pop once you have saved the town and returned to the King.
