Dwarves can be found early on in Chapter nine. As you make your way through the first covered wagon (there is a camera transition taking you from one side of the wagon to the other), the dwarves will start appearing from inside the nearby structures.

I wonder if you can kill the dwarfes in the first arena, i'll try that later when i come home.

Go to the book in Taleville next to the other characters and switch to Shnow White. Load up chapter 9 and kill all the dwarves you come across.
