In the random generated levels of this game you will sometimes find rooms that contain a well.
If you get close to a well your character will start to drop coins in it (assuming you have any).
After you drop 5, the well will close and you will receive a curse (some random negative effect) or, if you are very lucky, some sort of bonus (this only happened once to me).
Simply "close" 10 wells and the achievement will be yours.
ADDITIONAL INFOS
This achievement is cumulative. You do not need to close 10 wells in a single run.
If you are afraid of the curses, do not close the well immediately. Simply clear every room and, before exiting the level, return to the well room and close it.
You can then go to the exit without worries. As soon as you enter the new level, every curse will be removed.
