At the main menu, sign in to EA. when signed in, go back to the arena. score a goal, hit X, then hit Y. wait for it to upload. done.

Unobtainable due to server closure

This is one of the easiest trophies in the game. I got this trophy by playing in the arena, so here’s how I did it.

I just ran with my player towards the goal and slotted it home. Wait for the replay to come on and press square to go to instant replay. A little bar will now appear on the bottom of your screen, now press to upload the video.

A few boxes will appear with empty next to them, just choose an empty slot and press .

This can also be done whilst playing a normal match, just press and go down to instant relay. You should see the same box appear from the one that was in the arena, now press & find an empty slot to upload your video.

Really simple, start any match and play for a few minutes. After about 5 minutes, press Start. From here go to Instant Replay and let it load up, re-wind the video to the start and then press the button, choose a slot for it to go in and wait for it to upload, once it gets to 100%, the achievement will pop up. This can also be done in the arena.
