NOW UNOBTAINABLE.

The achievement is difficult due to the logistics of getting 20 people together. I will share my story which could be of help.

I got this achievement before the days of TA Boosting sessions and I am proud of that. I played this game a lot and I met a few people online playing it that were interested in getting the achievement.

I managed to get a group of 10 in a Fifa 09 club and all of them committed to a time to do the achievement when I found another group of 10 wanting to do this on the x360a forums. On the night, though, there was a lack of players on both teams and a desperate search went ahead through recent player and friends lists for people onlne that could help out. both teams were spread between 3 XBL parties, team leaders in 1, main body of teams in 2, and me floating between team leaders and main body providing a link.

In the end the search returned with excess people which meant the achievement could happen. Everyone filled the club lobbies and matchmaking occurred with no problems. For this achievement it is vital that everyone selected a position at the 'select position' screen, if one person selected 'any' the achievement would not happen for anyone.

This achievement is easiest done nowadays in TA boosting session, just make sure you have a couple of backups if people don't turn up.

I'm sharing my personal experience on getting this achievement for a TA Friend, because getting it wasn't all that easy after all.
Thought I might put it up as a solution, so others may benefit as well.

First of all, try to get the 20 people together. If the turn up is any less, reschedule the session. Chances are close to zero that some player will 'accidentally' join you and max out your team.

You can only get 8 gamers in a Party, but you need to 'control' 19 gamers in total. So i would suggest that you ask one of the other gamers that signed up to host a party and run a team, and you host another party and team. You will both be Team Captains.
Now you only need to manage 10 people with 8 in a party :)

Next thing, before the gaming session starts, create your team (the other Team Captain does that as well). Split up the gamers that signed up for the gaming session in two teams, and both Captains start inviting the players for their team.
I found out that some players don't know how to quit their current club or how to join the new one, so publishing some instructions could be a real time saver. Nothing worse than 8 ppl trying to talk at once in your party :)

Leave: FIFA Online, My Teams, select own team, (A), Leave Team
Join: FIFA Online, PlayerHub, Inbox, Accept Invitation

Now, when it's time for the gaming session, all people should go to the dressingroom. If they have joined your club, they will end up in YOUR dressingroom. The other half will be in the other team's dressingroom.

Make sure that everybody knows that they should NOT press "A" to search for a game. Everybody just sit there and wait...or chat a bit :)

You should by now get in touch with the other Team Captain. If you both have 10 players in the dressing room, count of and both of you press A. After a 7 second countdown, the game will start searching and -hopefully- find the other team.
If not, everybody goes back to their dressingroom, and repeat.

Everybody should ready up and then the Captains can accept the game-settings.
All players will see the list of players and positions. Taken from other people's suggestions (I haven't tried myself), in this screen, all players should select a position. The "ANY" position should NOT be chosen.

Game starts and 20 people will start cheering :)
