An easy way to get this is with two controllers.
The defender's keeper takes the ball to the edge of the semi-circle. (outside the penalty box)
The attacker's striker waits inside next to the goal (inside the inner penalty box).
The keeper holds the lob modifier and presses the shoot button about half-way whilst facing the goal. This should lob the ball to the attacker.
All the attacker needs to do is press shoot and achievement unlocked!
This took me a few goes and I was using both controllers myself. I highly recommend doing it with a friend but it's not impossible to do by yourself just very frustrating.

This was one of the hardest trophies in the game until a good method was found. This method requires you to be playing with a partner and will work almost every time. Here is the video on how to do this (credit to Jack Tonner for this):

For this on I suggest using a boosting partner or it'll take ages.
Give the ball to your winger and run down the wing, just before you run out of play, cross it by double tapping 
. As the ball is coming to your player hold 
and double tap 
. This IS a hard acheivement, but will come with hard work. If you haven't got it already, you should unlock the "What a beauty" achievement as well. I scored with a scissor kick on a half volley and it unlocked
