You will need 1 other person willing to boost and plenty of patience and spare time. You and your boosting buddy will need to agree a cup to work towards and then go into Play Match > Tournaments > Online Tournament and choose the same tournament e.g. Presidents Shield Press search at the same time and you should match up quite easily as the online is pretty dead (Although I am sure the news about EA closing servers will change this soon).

Once matched up your buddy should quit out immediately after kick-off and you will find that you have progressed to the next round with a 3 - 0 win. Continue this method, it doesnt matter that your buddy was knocked out of the tournament, they can still match up with you even though essentially you are in the quarter final and they are in the 1st round.

How long will it take?
There are 4 matches per trophy and you will need to get Bronze, Silver and Gold for both people and for all 6 trophies. Thats 72 matches each, allowing average of 4-5 mins for loading, matching up and quitting. Thats 4-6 hours per person at the worst.

If you are lucky you can match up quick and be done with each match in less than 2 minutes. That brings it down to just over 2 and half hours per person.

The main problem you will find will be the player contract system. You can either buy packs with coins (or M$ points if you really want) or search the trading system for them. OR if you do not care about your team you can just keep ignoring the messages about expiring contracts and all your players will disappear. But you will be given free packs if you have less than 500 coins and you go below the minimum number of players. This was ok with me because I didnt need a 'Good' team to win, as my buddy just kept quitting out of matches giving me the wins.

EDIT Also I highly recommend creating a player for your Ultimate Team using the Creation Zone in the menu. Basically it's a free player as you will never have to buy a player contract for them, they auto renew with something ridiculous like 300 matches.

I know some people will not like this method, but I resorted to this because of the Gameplay Cards. I admit it is part of the game but after the 30th time of people using crippling cards (like reduce opponents speed >:| ) against me causing me to lose the final - I had enough.

This achievement is pretty straightforward. Just win all the Online Tournaments in the tournaments section. Half of the section is offline, half is online.

You'll need a pretty good team, roughly 90 average, or even higher. Make sure you get all your players pace to 99 as thats the most important statistic. You will get slaughtered in the arena against other players as the majority of good players on Ultimate team have 99 pace regardless of their other stats. Good gameplay cards also help.

If you are having trouble with this, you can help yourself progress through the tournaments the following way. I personally won all the trophies as you would normally.

Enter an online tournament. When you look at the empty tree diagram for the different stages of the cup, press 'A' to go to your lineup page. Have your lineup as you wish, then press start to look for an opponent. Once you find an opponent, press 'B' to QUIT and exit the matchmaking (its important that you quit, not your opponent). No go back and exit to the ultimate team starting menu, and go to play a League Match online instantly. Match up with someone and play a match. If you WIN the match, once you go back to the arena, wait around 10 seconds before you go the menu again. Now go to the Online Tournaments section like before, and you will notice that it has progressed you for the win, even though you just played an online league match, not a tournament match. Keep doing this accordingly and there's no reason why you cant get all the trophies.

The reason this method could be useful and is not classed as cheating is because when you play a normal online league match, people dont tend to cheat. You will rarely encounter the use of crippling gameplay cards against you, or passing the ball at the back to waste time. The stakes are less, so the match is more fair.

Also, this is important, if you LOST the league match you just played, you will get knocked out of the tournament, even if you DRAW the match you will get knocked out. So its as if you really are playing the tournament normally. I dont know if its possible to circumvent the loss=knockout result by signing out or something, but you shouldnt need to do that anyway.
