OK, have to admit i was wrong in my assumption that having a team of 11 (skill 99) players on your squad could actually help with this achievement.

When you have 11 of those skillful players, you will win every game that you sim. I suggest creating 11 of these players, don't forget to put them on "free agent" instead of a team! That way in every manager mode that you will start you will get the option of taking those created players with you... Follow my nine steps!

First step, creating 11 players with a skill average of 99.
(you may want to put the aggression bar to 50 only... this will save you a lot af bookings every season... ;-))

Second step, put all your created players on "free agent".
(you have to do this every time you create a player, if you forget to change to "free agent" the new player will be assigned to a team)

Third step, create a new manager mode.
(SPAIN, FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY or ENGLAND)

Fourth step, get all of your created players and your Pro on the team that you chose. (doesn't matter wich team, every team will become a 5 star team with those players... :-))

Fifth step, sim your way through the championship.
(you CAN lose a match but only with a ratio of 1/100, so don't worry about this)

Sixth step, finish the championship and start again with the same team... BUT when you have to play your first "friendly" match of that second season QUIT! That way the game has saved your championship!

Seventh step, create a new manager mode in a different country.
(SPAIN, FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY or ENGLAND)

Eight step, get all of your created players and your Pro on the team that you chose. (doesn't matter wich team, every team will become a 5 star team with those players... :-))

Last step, SAVE OVER YOUR LAST CHAMPIONSHIP...!!!

This way you can start a new manager for each league every time.
It was reported (360achievements) that you had to get all 5 league championships in one manager mode session, this is proven WRONG!

As of 18/01/10 I can confirm that this achievement does not require you to use a solitary save.

I won the five leagues - missing out on at least one of the cups by the way - and each was on a separate save with absolutely no cross-over. Also, I simmed the entire French league (my final league of the five).

Each save was a completely different career also.

Not a solution as such, in fact I'd recommend Mannie's solution, just confirmation that five saves, five careers, simming allowed and no cups required will get you the achievement. Unless it glitches out, which is a possibility given that EA does achievements like that X-Factor prick, Joe, does Napalm Death covers.

Call it cheap, but I found this to be the quickest way:

1) Create 11 players, making their stats the highest possible. Make sure you change their positions, so you have a player for each position of a 4-4-2 formation. Also ensure you change the preferred foot for the left back and left winger. Make all 11 players free agents.

2) Start a manager mode game with one of the teams I've mentioned below. When the game gives you the option to, place all the created players in your team. Go into Team Management, change the formation to 4-4-2, and put all your created players in the starting line-up. Also on Team Management, turn the Assistant Coach setting on. Lastly, Go to Club Management -> Staff Upgrades, and upgrade Fitness to 10/10. This ensures your created players won't get tired.

3) Now it's just a matter of simming through the season. You don't need to win the cups, only the league. Because the players are so good, you shouldn't need to play any games. However, keep an eye on the league table, and maybe play the games against your nearest rival, just to be sure.

Ensure that when you win the league, you let the game progress past the point where you pick the sponsor for the season, just to be sure the game registers your title win. You could even keep backup saves of each League to be safe. When you have finished with one team, simply start a new Manager Mode season in another League, and start again from Step 2.

You can choose whichever team you like for each league, but the teams I would suggest using are:

England -> Chelsea
France -> Lyon (OL)
Italy -> Inter
Germany -> Bayern Munich
Spain -> Barcelona

This is really easy achievement, it can be in multiple manager modes as long as you have all five saved. Use the best teams in each leagues such as:
- Liga BBVA - Barcelona
- Ligue one - OL
- Bundesliga - Bayern Munchen
- Serie A - Inter/AC Milan (recomend playing the games against other team listed)
- Barclays Premier League - Man U/Chelsea/Arsenal/Liverpool(same as in brackets for Serie A)
