guys better way to do this transfer all of man utd players to accrington stanley and then transfer all accrington players until manchester utd is a 1 star team then make a new manager mode sim all friendlys then play chealsea comuntiy sheild win that bam achievement unlocked

Take either Chelsea or Man United and swap all of there players with a team that is 1 star or less; E.g. Accrington Stanley or Barnet... from league 2 making either of them a 1 star team.

*Note- You can swap the player back once you have the achievement very easily by deleting the squads file off your memory unit or hard drive just make a copy of the original file beforehand.

Then start up a new manager mode season with the team that you chose to make into a 1 star team then start by simulating all of the pre season friendlies, because it doesn't matter what the results are because you wont get sacked that early on in the season.

The first proper game of the season will be the community shield, you want to you can set the difficulty to amateur and the half length to 4 minutes if you want to then just win the match by any score and the achievement will pop up at the end.

as with the above make sure that auto save is off!

i've found the easiest league to do this in is the Irish league. there are 3 one star teams to pick from and all the rest are half a star. pick a one star team and you should (for the most part) dominate the half star teams. dont worry about losing to the other one star teams as you will recieve enough points from the other teams to comfortably win the league!

forgot to add you can also gain the achievement for full board confidence about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way through the season doing this.

i got this in the austrian league simmed all league games and played the cup games cause there is only like 5/6 cup games to play

Australian League and pick a 1/2 star team (just in case your team stats grow) and sim away. A total of 20 matches (not counting the 4 friendly matches before the start of the season). Save after each win, quit out after each loss. Will take 30-60 minutes tops.

Whilst Starzz and L14 both wrote good solutions for this, I thought I could write an even better one as I found a way to make this even easier:

First of all, you will want to play your season in the Barclays Premier league, as there are only several friendlies (4/5) at the beginning of the season, followed by a single match for the community shield, which will be your cup win for the achievement.

Now to get a 1 star team in the Barclays Premier League, you will need to modify the teams by moving all of the good players of one to a 1 star team, then putting all of that 1 star teams players onto your 4/5 star team that you will play in the Barclays with.

To do this you will need to go to 'Edit Teams' from the main menu, then 'Transfers' and in here you pick the team who's players you want to transfer to bad team, then back out select that bad team and put some of its bad players on the team you'll be playing with.

This will allow you to enter the Barclays with a 1 star team, Sim the first couple of friendlies and when the community shield match comes up just play the match.

now here's the part where I improved the solution (perhaps obviously) ever so slightly.

The game will allow you to use a second pad in this game mode for the opposition, so just turn on a second control, score an own goal with that team and wait for the game to finish.

0 effort required, the hardest part is moving the teams around.

EDIT: Found an even easier way when choosing to 'Play' the match, a second pad isn't needed, just choose to play/put your pad on to the opposition side when given the choice, leave your pad idle and the computer will play your team.

swap all of man u/chelseas players to a team in coca cola league 1 (eg accrinton) then swap accrintons players to man u/ chelsea (whoever your going to play in the manager mode.)
select the team you have chosen in manager mode then sim the friendlies.
make sure the half length is at 4 mins otherwise it will take too long.
the next match should be community shield. play it then pick the opposite team to play as.
score an own goal as the team youve picked take the kick off and do nothing or score more og whatever you want and the other team shouldnt do anything coz theyre 1 star or less.
when the match is over the achievement will come up. easy 50g.:)

this puts your board confidence up to almost full so if you carry on with this method throughout the season then you should get the achievement No Pressure easily
