Start up a manager mode as a top rated team in any league.
Make sure Auto-Save is off.
I dont recommend playing all the games as it takes way to long and is quicker to quit out and reload manager mode again if you lose.
Then just start simming games, make sure you save at the end of each win and the occasional loss or draw is ok later in the season (although make sure you win any cup matches untill you pass the boards goals then it ok to lose, but keep trying if your struggling to get confidence). Also make sure you save before any cup matches as advancing through to later rounds earns you greater confidence. Also climbing the league table and holding 1st position gets you a lot of confidence.
If your having trouble winning most of your games try buying some young new players which have a fairly high overall rating (16-19 years old) this way they improve in later seasons if you still havent got it. Or if you have the budget buy players which are currently good.
I got this achievement about 3/4's of the way through the first season as Chesterfield FC in League 2 of the English League, so its not really hard to do with other teams. But for beginners I recommend teams like Chelsea, Man Utd, Bayern Munich, Lyon, Real Madrid etc.

You can get this when you sim you're way through a season (australian) for the
"Limited Resources" achievement with a one star rated team.
Be sure to turn OFF auto-save so you can retry when you lose a match!

The objective behind this is simple - win all the games you can and your Board Confidence should reach 100% with no problem. If you are having trouble with this trophy however, I recommend lowering the difficulty to Amateur.

This is similar to Established, and you will more than likely get it as you attempt to get Established. Again, to raise your board confidence, win games, win trophies, keep your players happy, bring higher rated players to your club, etc.
