WARNING: This achievement along with all other Ultimate Team achievements was meant to become unobtainable as of the 6th December 2011. However because of the glitch which can randomly pop achievements, all of these are still available to get.

To get this achievement, you need to assemble a squad with a chemistry of 100 and then win a match (not a tournament match just a single UT match).

To get chemistry near 100, players need to be playing in their preferred position, have teammates from the same league and play in the preferred formation. The latter does not have to be followed intently has I did not have all my players with a 4-4-2 formation (mainly because the formation cards are rare and expensive)

If you follow these guidelines you should be close. The manager of the squad should have the formation of your squad as you get a large bonus for it (my 4-4-2 formation had Martin Jol and it increase my chemistry by roughly 10)

Also, you can try to attempt to get these achievements at the same time as well because they also require chemistry of 100

As it says in the title. To get 100% chemistry you need a selection of players the fit together, ie same nationality play better together, correct posistion, there isnt much point in playing a CB in CDM, correct formation for your squad. Dont forget the manager he counts towards a lot of your chem. Use posistion training cards to your advantage if one of your players isnt right in your teams formation.
