From the main menu, go to Create A Player. Bring up the first player to edit, and make sure he is a goalkeeper and playing for Free Agents. Press LT to edit his stats, make all his stats in all categories 99. Now, you have to do this but with different positions (RB, CB, CB, LB, RM, CM, CM, LM, ST, ST).

Go and create a new Manager Mode with Hereford in Coca-Cola League 2, and when you come to the screen where you can usually select your Virtual Pro tick all the Free Agents (NOT your Virtual Pro). This achievement then unlocked for me once the game was scheduling the fixtures.

To get this achievement, you do NOT have to become a five star team within 5 seasons of starting your manager career. I won with after 10 seasons with Macclesfield, which started as a one star club. It took me 5 seasons to go from one star to two, and then another 5 to get to five stars. The important thing do is keep improving your club once you start a season at two stars, as that's when the five season clock starts running.

During my build up from 1 to 2 stars, I invested heavily in fitness, scouting and negotiating. This allows you to keep your best players on the pitch for more games, find new players more easily, and sign new players for less. Invest some in player training so your players get better faster. I also made one stadium upgrade to get more money per home game.

Once you get to two stars, you'll invest more in players than team upgrades, as you need better players to get up five stars. This is where maxed out scouting and negotiating is necessary. You'll get a better starting 11 through transfers, and solid subs through scouting. Be sure to weed out weaker players as you go by selling them on the transfer market. That 70-rated player you paid good money for in the first season will be on your bench soon enough, dragging down your team rating and eating up your wage budget. Sell him and use the resources to boost the team.

If you'd like to do it the fair way, just choose Leeds. Sell al the players who are not needed and sign a lot of old players with a rating of 80-82. You should have the money after a while

Before you start a manager mode, create about 10 created players and put all their stats to 99 and put them in the free agents slot.. Then turn autosave OFF

go into manager mode and choose Coca Cola league 2 (England)

Put all your created players in the team and choose the highest sponsers...

An achievement will come up straight away for Phoenix from the Ashes
(Make a 5 star team out of a 2 star team or lower)

Sell all your loweest overall people

and start simming away matches.. (save around ever 2 - 3 matches or before you start a cup..

if you lose or dont get into cup qualification back out and reload where you last saved.

REMEMBER: you wont recieve the achievements untill the end of the season

once done the season you should get around 2 achievements...

1) win 3 trophies
2) win consecutive promotions (maybe)

If you dont get the consecutive promotions just continue your manager mode into year 2

after that season you will get the following achievements...

1) win 3 trophies (if you didnt get in year 1)
2) win consecutive league titles
3) win consecutive promotions

by now your manager mode rep will be around 3 - 4 stars

Just continue your manager mode into year 3 - 4 and you will get it (you dont have to wait untill the end of the season to get this one)
