How to unlock the Great Month! achievement in FIFA 11 - Definitive Guide

the fastest way of doing this is start a new career mode and pick Adeline United from the A league. make sure to pick player manager because you can get up to 3 achievements this way. after you pick this team, press advance on the teams menu. this will take you to the calender. press B, this will make the calender stop. press RT and go to FEB 2011. press A where it says Sat 12. let the calender sim all the matches and after about five minutes you will get this achievement, if youre lucky yiu will get the other 2.

Very good, got great month and record holder for 50G. I played the last game, and got a further accomplishment for my pro (up to 102 now)!

I've won manager of the month 8 times as a playing manager, but this has still not popped. Might need to try it this way

I found that the easiest and quickest way was to just play as Barcelona in career mode. Make sure you select Manager. Just simulate the first month, if you do this should recieve the achievement after about five games. Pleas note, when you sim the games just go to your calender and selct the date you want to sim to. It is quicker this way.

To get this easily, you should continue to simulate the seasons following your promotion to Player-Manager while using the maxed out GK in the MLS. I picked the Red Bulls. By simulating the next season or two, you should pick up the Manager of the Month award along the way.

If that doesn't work, edit any team and add some All Stars. You can also edit any of the star players on the other teams to make them worse. Then select Career Mode and Manager. In the settings, put squads used as Current Customised and then simulate a month at a time. You should get it quickly.
