As it says you need to play 100 ranked matches, obviously as "OlsAbsss x" says if they quit then the game won't count. They can quit even after the whistle blows as long as they don't see the menus, so don't expect that you'll get the game to count even if you make it to full time.

The easiest way to avoid people quitting is to select custom ranked match, and choose less than 10% DNF. I have only had 2 quits in 62 games since I did this.

Please note that matches played before the EA reset due to the flag glitch WILL still count, as the 62 games I mentioned were after the reset and I received the achievement on the 61st of these games.

As the results don't really matter make sure you go teams that are at least half a star lower than your opponent to allow you to get the following achievements.




And also go a different team each time to get this one...



According to "another benco" and "ziplobthud" games played here will count towards the Around the World achievement.

Play 100 ranked head to head matches.

If an opponent quits out (or you lose connection etc) at any point during the game then it will not count.

A game is 12 mins long (6min halves) so this will take a fair amount of time but at least you don't have to win like in previous versions of fifa!

EDIT** Any games you played before the leaderboard reset WILL count as mine unlocked at around 75 games, when i had played about 40 games before the leaderboards were reset.

If you have a friend who wants this achievement there is a way to play ranked games with them. Tell your friend to go to custom matches and create a session with a password. Then you will go to xbox live, custom match, then match lobbies then you should see your friend at the bottom somewhere. Join the session and type his password in and play the match and make sure you dont do extra time as this takes longer, and both press rematch YES after the game has finished. It is quickest to let the goalies keep the ball in play for 90 mins. This is quick and avoids effort and quitters, and you could easily get around the world and 50 hours this way. Rinse and repeat until you get 100 games which you can check in the leaderboards.

The easiest way to get a friend or someone who needs the achievement is to go into Player Hub on the Xbox Live Menu, then invite friend to game, it will be a ranked match and both of you just draw. That's what I did. Or you can offer your services to people who need the "Good form achievement".

If you want an accurate match count here guys i suggest you keep a manual tally! i did this from the very beginning because when i start i was not aware that the game kept one for you.

This achievement unlocked when my manual tally was at 104 matches played, however, the player hub had my games played at 137. How i'm not quite sure, but don't expect to get this achievement when the hub says 100 games!

If you wish to boost this achievement, or go for it with friends then from the Xbox Live menu go to Lobbies, then Skill Lobbies or Geography- once in a lobby you can then press 'LB', click on their Gamertag and press 'Invite to match'. This will invite them to a ranked match with you.

I can confirm this works because it unlocked for me and I barely played any ranked matches against randoms.

Okay there is a HUGE unfairness to this "Achievement".

If your opponent (online) QUITS (gets mad) or somehow "loses connection" (gets mad), the "win" will NOT be added towards this achievement. Although your stats will SAY you have won, the achievement does not recognise it as a win.

If you DONT want a loss to your name you CAN quit 5mins INTO the game (game time) if its lagging (going slow/players jolting/delayed actions after button presses) etc. Doing so will NOT result in you gaining a loss

If you quit AFTER 5 mins, the loss WILL be added to your name.

BUT PLEASE, use these first 5mins (game time) to see if you are lagging, if you are then quit then. If not happy gaming ;)

Theres nothing funnier than playing against someone only for them to quit at 89mins or when you get more goals than they can handle and then them telling you "it was lagging" lol

You do not need to win 100!

If the other gamer quits - it will not count towards total games played to hit 100

(So use a laptop or pen and paper and count as you go) or use MY FIFA 11 Player Hub - Although this isnt recommend as it will still show games you have taken part in where the other play may have backed out or disconnected
