Reach level 20 in the EA SPORTS Football Club

How to unlock the EAS FC Starting 11 achievement in FIFA 12 - Definitive Guide

Alright well this achievement is pretty self explanatory... Reach Level 20.

This achievement is pretty time consuming as there is a 2000xp cap each day, Meaning if you get more than 2000xp it wont go towards your overall level.

Some useful tips:

.Starting up FIFA 12 (10xp)
.Starting a Career mode (10xp)
.Any accomplishments for your virtual pro (10xp)
.Playing online ranked matched can gain you anywhere from 10-200xp

After you have reached your cap another way to make 600xp is by doing the daily challenge. To see the daily challenge go to the main menu and press BACK this will bring up a menu that will contain Leaderboards, Challenges and News Feed. Go to challenge and complete it for a nifty 600xp.

Thanks to JDA27 for the info: The 600xp for the daily challenge isn't consistent. And i don't think they are "daily" as such as the North London derby one lasted 72 hours!

I will include a video how to accomplishment boost your Virtual Pro which will gain you a lot of XP.

Hopefully this helps in some way :)

Completing the challenge also increases your xp cap for that day. Its usually just by the amount of the challenge but its still worth noting

You say you should be done in 10 days with 2000xp a day but the level requirements rise as you increase your level. I'm level 8 and i think i need 1650 to get to level 9 so its gonna be more like 20 days to reach level 20

How much XP is needed in total?

I'd guess between 40-50K to get level 20. Level 14 requires 21,103xp.

For the last few level, I have needed 4,598 to level up. Level 18 is 39,495, which would mean that level 20 is 48,691.

I'm really confused about this you see I had early access from day one, got max xp for each early access day. then got max xp and completed every challenge up until today? and just unlocked level 20? I might of had maybe 2 days where I was too busy to play at all.

now I'm not accusing people of cheating, but unlocking this on the 3rd of october? could someone please help me understand how this is possible?

I don't have a clue how anyone could have unlocked it that early. Released on the 30th of September (UK) so having it done in 3-4 is impossible, Even with the extra week. It took me 23 days to complete this challenge.

Does anybody know why XP is no longer given for completing exibition matches (or how to fix it)? I can still get XP from career mode, tournaments, etc.

You can do this playing online friendlies seasons, 2 min halfs about 200xp per game, and you can do winner takes all, plus a big xp count for finishing a season, win or lose.

I don't think the challenges are daily. The one for Spurs vs Arsenal lasted for 2 days. Secondly, the Dortmund challenge was for 500 xp, the North London derby was for 600xp so I don't think its constant. - Anyways like you said, this xp does not count towards your daily cap.
Also, something someone can check. I was playing a VP pro ranked match and the team I was on was awful so I left at half time and played another match for the full length. After I saw on my new board that it had posted I had played two matches for 180 xp each. Maybe joining and quitting pro ranked matches is a fast way to earn xp if you don't have time to play normally?

Do 4-minute halves on Be a Pro, Legendary. Use sliders on CPU settings to turn your opponents into duds. Do nothing and let the your AI win the game for you for an easy 237 XP each time - just remember to press A to continue at HT, and select restart match at FT. Or, actually play the game as your pro and earn some (ok, lots of) accomplishments. It's boring, it's no fun, but what the heck I just want to get to Level 20 and finish this game.

Easiest way to boost your daily XP on your own is with 2 controllers.

Go to Kick Off > Exhibition Match.

Now move your second controller onto the away team and press A to Advance.

Pick any team and any kit with each controller.

Now go to game settings and change the Half Length to 4 minutes and the difficulty to Legendary. Press A to Advance and then Play Match.

Score a goal with your main controller, kick off again with the 2nd controller and now just wait until half time and then start the second half. Again just wait until the match is over.

You should receive 237XP for winning a game on Legendary difficulty which means you only need to play 9 matches to reach your daily XP cap of 2000. It should take you around 1 hour and 45 minutes to finish 9 matches.

You can also do the challenge for between 500-700 extra XP, usually every 3 days.

you can also go to settings/CPU player control and change all their attributes to 0, this makes winning on legendary against the CPU a piece of cake, it takes a lot of fun out of the game. but is brilliant for building up your virtual pro.

This is the solution that worked best for me (with DweebieClements recommendations).

For some reason, this is not working now. Exhibition matches do not provide experience. If anyone have a solution, please, post it. thanks

Hmm if it's working again, I'll combine this with the 50 hours achievement.

I commented on the flags thread, but they said that they couldn't update the flags at the minute for some reason. But maybe it might be worth sending a pm.

Another simple method for 60/80 pts min...

Play a career ( you need to win the cup and league) with your pro and save the game before the last match.
Reload your save and sim the next match, 30+30 pts for wining two trophies with maybe 20 pts if you are the man of the match.
Quit without save and reload your previous save. Rinse and repeat ;-)

If you really just want the XP without playing the 10 or so games in a day it takes to hit the cap do the following:

Kick off > Be a Pro
Team selection: Choose two evenly matched teams.
Match Settings: Set match duration to shortest duration (*or longest if you want to grind 50 hours on the field at the same time), set difficulty to Legendary.
Player team customization, crank up the pace, passing & shooting sliders 5 points
CPU team customization, crank down the pace, passing & shooting sliders 5 points.

Start the match, set an alarm for MATCH_LENGTH+20%. When your alarm goes off it's time to come back to start the second half (or set up a rematch at the end of full time). Rinse/repeat.

The reason for setting the match up as above is to ensure that you always win, but that you don't win by too much. Every goal you score wastes time with celebrations and replays (you are not there to skip them, remember), ideally you just want to win by a couple of goals every match. This is far more important if you are doing 20 minute halves. I over-did the sliders on my first attempt and it was 26-0 with only 15 minutes on the in-game clock when my alarm went off!

I'm doing this at the same time as grinding the 50 hours achievement (because FUT doesn't count for 50 hours on the pitch achievement) so I'm playing with 20 minute halves (setting my timer for 24 minutes, which is enough that the half has completed 99% of the time when I return to the game to continue).

Halfway through re-watching BSG season 3 while I do it :)

I started a player/manager tournament and switched Manchester united into the Australian league. I hired 3 scouts, created an network of scouts afterwards for all 3 and immediately returned them. 30 points for creating the networks a day. besides the experience you earn for winning a match this should get you the 2000 experience a day.

When you've done this look if there is a kick off challenge which should get you between 500 and 1000 experience if you succeed. For the level 20 you need about 48000 experience which should take 24 days if you don't complete the kick off challenges, otherwise I think it should be possible in about 18

By far the fastest way to get this is to go into an UNRANKED head to head match lobby and set up a game with 2 minute half lenght.
Wait for someone to join and just play the game.
Win lose draw dont matter. You will get around 200 xp no matter what as long as you FINISH the game. Just do this a couple times a day untill you reach the daily 2000xp cap and when theres a Challenge just play that too obviously.
Doing this everyday will get you the cheev in no time.

UPDATE 01 DEC 16

Just pitching in to anyone else like me who hasn't played this in years because of discontinued achievements...

I dusted off my 360, downloaded 47,000 updates and started FIFA 12 and was instantly awarded this achievement.

So for anyone who hasn't played in a while, throw your game in and see if you're surprised as well..

Unobtainable due to server closure.

Every game you play and other little things you do in FIFA 12 will give you XP towards your EA Football Club level. Using your Virtual Pro in Career Mode is a good way, as every accomplishment you complete gets you 10 XP. Also, buying and selling players gets you XP, promoting youth players, and listing them for loan gets you XP as well. There is a daily XP cap so this will be obtained over a space of time. If you want to increase your daily cap, press Select on the Main Menu and complete the Challenge to get extra XP. All you need to do is get to level 20 and the trophy is yours.

For this trophy you need to gain experience. (Any modes are suitable) You can gain 2000 experience per day. In total you need to gain 48,000 experience. Total time to receive the trophy is 24 days. If you pass tests for it, you will receive an additional 400-900 experience. Challenges are updated every 48 hours.

Personally, FIFA 12 does not give XP for Ultimate Team. If you have no interest in playing regular modes that give XP, I have advice on how you can get 2000 XP a day with almost no playing. Otherwise, about 2 hours a day are spent on this. We place our VF, for example, as a left or right defender. We start a pro match with your WF, difficulty level Amateur. If desired, we reduce the characteristics of the computer a little, and increase it for ourselves. I recommend that you do not have the weakest (1-2 stars) team, otherwise you may not win. Half time is 4 minutes and let's start. All you have to do is click Next during the break and start new matches. This method was very suitable for me, since my workplace and console are close.

Admins, correct this: the trophy is not offline, but online. Without the Internet (connection with EA servers) the experience will not be gained!!!!!

In Ultimate Team mode, points are awarded only when playing ONLINE.

Number of points = number of coins earned (350-500) per game.

To receive a connection to LIFE, silver status is also suitable! The main thing is that there is a connection with EA servers.

We just play, experience points are given for all actions (offline and online). Also stay tuned for updates on the game scenario tests in EA SPORTS Football Club , normal points are given for completing the assigned tasks in the challenges!
