How to unlock the EAS FC Youth Academy achievement in FIFA 12 - Definitive Guide

Simply gain enough experience (4,200 XP) to reach level 5 in the club.

Since experience is capped at 2,000 a day, it will take at least 3 days to complete.

Yes and no.
The XP gained from completing challenges can increase your daily amount, e.g. 2600XP or 2800XP (depending on the challenge)

Yes true. At the time this was written though, only one challenge had been released and it hadn't increased the cap like more recent challenges have.

This will come by playing the game. Anything you do (playing matches, completing VP Accomplishments, starting up the game, completing challenges) will earn you XP. You need 5000XP for level 5.

To reach level 5, you need to get 4200 experience points. But there is one caveat: in 1 day you can only get 2000 points (they don’t give more ). On the 3rd day of the game the trophy is yours.
