Finish a match against a friend:
Whilst Mike United's solution is perfect there is an alternative way of unlocking this achievement;
If you are unable to play on Live with a friend, open the Ultimate team, go into Play a Match, select challenge match and select a friends team, simply finish the match and the achievement will pop if done right the achievement can be paired with

Aim = Finish a match against a Friend in FIFA 12 Ultimate Team.

You must create an Ultimate Team 1st.
Making sure you have a starting 11 and a full subs bench or you won't be able to continue.
Go to play a match and pick play a friend, and invite that person/friend.
Win, Lose or Draw you will both get the achievement at the end of the game (if you havent got it already that is).

Unobtainable due to server closure.

On the Ultimate Team Menu, invite a friend to play a game of Ultimate Team. Once the match has finished, you’ll both get the trophy.

This requires a friend with FIFA 12. Simply select ''Play Match'' and then choose to play against a friend. Play the match from start to finish to unlock this.

Note: you must have at least 18 players allowed to play and a manager allowed to work in order to play the match.

If none of your friends has FIFA 12, use the Achievement Trading Thread to find someone.
