Simple enough. Win a match in each game mode, four in total: Expedition, EURO 2012, Online EURO 2012 and Kick off.
Will pop at the results screen of the last one you do,

Edit - you must also complete a challenge game.

Please correct: This requires completing a challenge. I had won a match in every game mode and this did not unlock until I had completed a challenge.

Also, this achievement is likely to become unobtainable once EA stops supplying new challenges. FYI

There should be a law against releasing DLC where the chievos are unobtainable after only a few months, EA are a bunch of shirt fronts!!!

EA has put up one last challenge, available til the 1st of October. Best get it sooner rather than later.

UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

For this trophy you will need to win a match in every possible game mode. There are 5 different game modes for you to win in. Kick Off, Expedition, UEFA EURO 2012, Online UEFA Euro 2012 and Challenges. For Online UEFA Euro 2012 I'd advise you to use either Spain or Germany as they're both very strong teams, who have great players on all positions. For getting the rest offline you can set the difficulty to Amateur if you so desire and it should be easy wins.

This achievement is gained by winning in all game modes on the UEFA Euro 2012 main menu. You need to win a match in each of the following game modes:

Kick-off mode.
Expedition mode.
UEFA Euro 2012 mode.
Challenge mode.
Online UEFA Euro 2012 mode.

In total there are 5 different modes which shouldn't give you much of a challenge and in fact, it's probably one of the easiest less time consuming achievements of the DLC.
