You can pick your starting group so pick an easy group, no specific difficulty required so make at easy as you wish.

Play the first matches to create roads to all the teams in the group. Beat all the teams once and *pop*.

Here you have to win against all teams from a single group. As you progress in your group, you will unlock roads between the countries. If you want to get the trophy quickly, I'd advise you to play in group G, H or I as they only have 5 teams. Group X with only 2 teams won't be available until you've unlocked all the other groups. Check "On All Fronts" for all the groups.

Similar to the On All Fronts achievement, but instead of beating one team from each group, you will need to beat all teams from one group. This achievement can be achieved as soon as you start Expedition mode as it doesn't matter which group you defeat all teams from. You shall get this achievement whilst going for the Expeditionary Nature, One Down and the Collector achievement.
