Can anyone confirm whether the packs bought via web-app count towards the 100? One person on x360a.org said it does, but I don't want to waste my coins before I get a second opinion.

I just got the trophy (yeah i'm ps3) by opening basic bronze packs and not one of the cards was a team of the week player. It's seriously glitched.

^ thats like complaining that you've opened 100 packs and not got messi or rooney,its just all about luck and patience

As Bistric said does it matter if it's on the web app or not, I don't want to open 100 on there and then make it so I can't get the achievement.

HOw can we buy more than 10 packs of the same category in a day ? Is it possible to "reset" the marketplace ?

I can confirm that the wep app counts towards this. I have been purchasing about 10-15 bronze packs a day on the web app. All I did to earn money was to sell fitness cards for 200/300 and a lot of "Healing" cards. These are worth a lot. Later on I just played UT on my XBox and bought a bronze pack and it unlocked.

Ways get maximum profit out of a bronze pack :
- sell fitness cards for about 200/300
- sell healing cards for about 300/400
- sell Team Fitness cards for minimum about 800 coins

These are just suggestions. You might try to experiment on how much you can sell these types of cards. You might try your luck with others aswell. But these are the ones that are sold quite often on the auction market and what I did.

I can test this with my dummy acct. I wanted to buy it's manager first, as mine only has 1 game left on his contract.

I would love to know if this method works. I was planning on starting the game in the new year to try and beat the server shutdowns. I realize I wont get the 85 million club value, but hopefully this one is still obtainable.

Doubt it works, since it normally adds up for one club, not multiple.

I've tried this with my dummy account, and it has not worked. It should be noted that it was not all in one sitting, and that I used different club names. I did take advantage of the limitless supply of new cards, and purchased several of them with my real account. I even sold one player back and forth, so as to apply several contract cards. I got his contract up to 60. I've increased my club value from 4.5 mil to 6.7 mil this way.

I am just wondering how you managed to sell bronze-cards for 200. That makes no sense at all. Simply because bronze-cards are not even worth 150.

This is what I have been doing while on my computer ... question though ... do packs bought online through FIFA 12's website count towards the achievement? I'd imagine (or hope) once you cross 100 packs when you get on the xbox the next pack you buy would trigger the achievement ... anyone else try this?
