In my solution you can get 3 achievements really easy

And they are:




So lets begin (this is exactly what I did to the T)

I chose Manchester CITY (as they had 147,000,000 to spend)
Difficulty: Amateur (THIS IS A MUST)
Career Style: Player Manager (THIS IS A MUST)

Reason for this is you get more money for 'Amateur' and you get more for 'Player Manager'

When starting your career you should have:
Starting money : 147,000,000
Wage : 825,000

When you start at the main menu of you career you'll see 'Calendar'
goto calendar and goto to the next month (August 2011)
Sim until  'deadline day' (31st August 2011 if I recall)
You can't miss it, it has a blue highlight in a corner and a clock/timer in it.

As you start advancing to the 'Deadline Day' you will receive emails of offers.
If your just after the achievement just ignore these.

NOTE: you will have to keep going back to the calendar and simming to Deadline Day EVERYTIME you get an email as it interrupts your 'Simming'.

When the big day arrives (it's impossible to miss as it has an announcement for it)
You will also see a GREEN timer starting at 10 hours.
Goto 'Transfers' > Buy Players
Search for overall: 90 - 100 (saves typing in names and theres very few people that are above 90 so it keeps the list small)

You will see:
L.Messi
C. Ronaldo
Xavi
Iniesta
W.Rooney
A.Robben

I choose C.Ronaldo (no specific reason)
Option : Transfer
Amount : 120,000,000 (I offered Real Madrid 120,000,000 as they ask for 117,000,000)

Then click 'advance' the hours will then start to decrease.

NOTE: everytime you click 'advance' the hours will decrease by 1 hour.

You will eventually hear from Real Madrid saying that they will accept the 120,000,000 offer and you can now deal with him directly.

I then offered Ronaldo himself:
350,000 a week
20% bonus
5 year contract

He then accepted my offer.

NOTE:
it will take you to the transfer offer
Make sure you select 'YES' to make the deal final.
If you don't make it final you will miss the deadline day and miss the achievement.

Once you have finalized the deal you will now get the achievements:

For those who wish to get a further achievement you can 'ADVANCE' to go a little more into september.

WARNING - DO NOT SIM
I simmed a few matches and missed a few days where I could have got the achievement.

So make sure you 'ADVANCE' into September and you will see RED markers with a microphone in the centre, press 'X' to interact and then simply select a team to comment on and then

start a career as a manager. Pick a 5 star team. scroll down to calender on the menu. when your on the callender change months by pressing RT. look for the clock icon in the boxes (that indicates the last day to do transfers). and press A on that box. you will know when you are there because a short animation will pop up telling you that its the last day to do transfers. when this happens go to the menu and press A on transfers, then press "Buy Players, and enter the following info:
position-ANY
Role-Any
Primary Atribbute-Overall
Min. Attribute value-50
Max Atribute value-60
then press START.
alot of players are going to come up pick the cheapest one and offer money. i would go 3-4 more thousand dollars than what is there. after this press A. this will send the offer to the club. go back to the main menu and press ADVANCE. time will pass and you will get a message from the team. the message will either say they accepted the offer or they didnt. if they didnt, offer more money and press advance again. they will eventually accept and you will get a new message saying they accepted. open the message and it will take you to a screen where you deicde if you want to accept. scroll(left stick) to yes and the achievement should unlock.

You can get this in about 20-30 minutes of starting a new career mode (maybe lesser) as a MANAGER, if you play in the English League. I'm pretty sure it'd work for any other European leagues, but because I'm most familiar with the English league, I know that its transfer deadline day is always 31st August.

Once you begin career mode in the English league with a rich club (Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool, etc.), simulate all the way until 31st August. While simulating, random messages may pop up, but just ignore them (press A to advance repeatedly).

NOTE: Most of these messages are transfer offers. If you want, sell some players to generate some cash. But if you start with a rich club, it isn't necessary.

On 31st August, you'd get a fancy "Transfer Deadline Day" animation, and a timer will begin at the top of the screen. Now, go to the "Transfer" option, and use the search engine to find players. You'd need to put in some attributes to limit the search. Try searching for a striker who is 17-19 years old, with a rating of 75. When I did this, only four players shown up, which made it easy to choose.

Choose any one you want, and when offering, try to offer more money than his current valuation. To make it safer, I'd suggest doubling the money. So, if the player's club is asking for 5 million, bid 10 million. From here, just keep pressing "Advance" as the transfer deadline timer counts down, until the player's club accept the offer.

Once so, you can discuss personal terms with the player. He'd accept it, and the achievement will unlock.

Quick guide.

At the begin of a season. try to sign a player.
When he accepts don't press yes, instead you pick wait.
When the last hours begin go back to the player you put on hold.
Offer him the same contract you did earlier.
He will sign and you got the chiev.
