This is really easy for everybody!Go to options and CPU gameplay and turn all the Attributs to zero and the Game difficult to legendary!than you make a quickmatch with any Team you like against a other team!when you in the game and you at the 69 minute of the game press the dpad button to left to change the mentality to the extreme defense tactic and get no goal goal!should be really easy with these options!

Go to the settings and change the difficulty to legendary and reduce the time limit to 4 minutes. Then decrease CPU speed and increase CPU error as much as you want.
Then go to Kick Off and select any teams, before the 70th minute press
until you are on Park The Bus, you should now be able to easily keep the ball away from the other team because they will be extremely slow. As long as they do not score after the 70th minute you should get the achievement,

Here is my method for this trophy, if you want to make it really easy.
Select kick off, choose a relatively good team (e.g. Liverpool) against a relatively bad one (e.g. Accrington)
Set difficulty to legendary, then change all sliders massively in your favour. Notably slow the cpu right down and increase the ability of your keeper.
Then start the game. Instantly press the d-pad 3 times to the left to switch to Park the Bus mentality. Now you can pretty much leave the game to run, just move around a bit so the game thinks you're playing. The computer is not good enough with the bad sliders to score, so you should be fine to just wait out the game. The trophy unlocks at the end of the game.
If by some miracle they do score, don't worry, you only need to get through the last part of the game (from 70th minute), without conceding.

By giving yourself a speed advantage over the AI, you will make it much easier to shut out your opponents and keep possession. You should either raise the User Sprint Speed and Acceleration to 100 or drop the CPU Sprint Speed and Acceleration to 0. You could even do both if you are struggling.
Near the end of the match (65mins), set your team mentality to ‘Park the Bus’ (use left on the D-pad). All you have to do then is keep the ball and keep the other team from scoring until full time. Use short halves to decrease the time you have to wait.
