How to unlock the Tactician achievement in FIFA 15 - Definitive Guide

When you pause the match, click Team managmen (the big tile with your team on it). Scroll with RB to the right and choose any of the tactits other than your active one.

Update: As said by Hahaman4real, this achievement does not unlock for everybody. Juste 667 has a possible solution: change the formation instead of tactics.

Also please state a reason for leaving a negative vote as this will help in improving my solution.

If it does not unlock when you change tactics, try changing positions for two of your players. That unlocked it for me.

Well it unlocked for me the first time so I can't help if it's a glitched achievement angry. Try doing it several time or like Juste 66 said, change positions.

The tactics menu is the last tab in the Team Management menu. When beginning any match, your team will start on its default tactical stance, often called (insert team name) Default. If you pause the game and go into the tactics menu, you can change it to one of several other options: Counter Attack, High Pressure, Long Ball etc. The trophy will pop as soon as you switch.

Start a quick match, in the pause menu go to the "Team Management" section (the largest bar on the left). Using R2, switch the tab to the “Tactics” section, in which change the tactic to any other. The trophy is yours
