Super easy to do. On the character select screen while you are on Grace, press Left. You will be on Mahler. Press A for Ok. Match will start and achievement will pop.

The achievement description is basically a guide.
When you're on the character select screen, move to Grace. Now move left. Now press cn_A .

Highlight Grace in the character select screen then press once. Mahler will then be highlighted, confirm and in the first round the trophy will unlock.
