Now comes the mildly tricky part. With 10 wins under you belt, you need to do the armor burst move. As the other Achievement states, it requires you to press Right, Left, Right, Left + P + K + D. The default layout has the P+K+D button set to LT, but you can change that to something else if you find it easier.
You need to waggle the left analog stick right, left, right very quickly, almost as if you were trying to shake an enemy off of you in other games. On the final "left" input, you want to press that as well as the P+K+D button (again, LT by default). It might take a few tries, but you'll get it.
Voila! Achievement unlocked, without having to jump through all the hoops that the official description entails.

In the match, have Candy block low and have Mauler crouch and punch low until the bottom of the green icon is flashing for Candy. Then let Candy just stand there and press up and A as Mauler to knock her down and up and A again when she's down to jump on her. This will break her bottom armor. You can then just continue to pummel her for the rest of this round and the next.
Once you win the fight, press start on player 1's controller to start another 2 player fight and continue this process.
It may have to be done 11 times as I popped the achievement after it said I had a 10 game winning streak.
Thanks to EliteEDawg420 for helping me figure this out. It's far easier then doing that armor break code over and over again

You need 2 Controlers.
The setup:
Offline Versus
Round count 2
Time limit 90
Player 1 Candy (this player get the achievement)
Player 2 Mahler This player do the work (Push Left from Grace or Right from Picky to chose Mahler)
now the only thing you need to do is take the SECOND controler with Mahler and HOLD the Left stick to the top left and spam the A button.
Do this 10 Win streaks in a row and the achievement is yours. Every round Mahler destroys the lower skirt automatically. Do this 10 times and the chevo is yours.

In order to get the achievement you need to reach the ninth level in Arcade mode by winning from the first to the eighth without armor.
We set the round time to 10 seconds, as the fights are quite difficult and so you will have more chances to win with an advantage of health. I recommend that you first try to remove your armor, and assign the combination P + K + D to LB / RB.
Once the armor has been removed, your health bar turns to red and you need to win two rounds. If the enemy removes your armor your health bar turns to orange, this counts and you can continue to play. If you win the level with the armor, then you need to start again from 1 level.
Once you have reached the ninth level, try to remove the armor and the achievement is unlocked. Well, or let the AI opponent remove the armor from you (I did just that, and when I flew out of the ring without my armor, i get achievement).
From myself I will give advice to use the combo Down + B, B, B, I even wanted to make a combo list for myself, but yesterday I was able to go through 8 levels in 28 minutes. Difficult, but possible.

Start an offline versus with a second controller and play as Candy. The amount of rounds don't matter but put the match time to 90 seconds.
Work on getting 10 straight wins and then input right > left > right > left + L2. The timing must be extremely quick so keep trying and you'll eventually get it. Candy should automatically destroy all her armor and you'll unlock both trophies.
It can also be done in Arcade but you must input that command every single round and win the round. That's why it's much easier in offline versus as it can be done any time after 10 wins and you won't have to worry about the CPU harassing you.

Here's a breakdown of it:
1) Start arcade mode, set the rounds to 2 and the time limit to 10 seconds.
2) On controller 1 choose Candy
3) Press start on controller number 2
4) On controller 2 choose Mahler (from now on always use controller number 2)
5) In the first round hold left to push candy against the wall, now press down and triangle until the time is up. (this weakens her lower armor)
6) In round 2 press up and circle at the same time to kick Candy into the air, now quickly press up and X to and Mahler will jump into the air, land on Candy and destroy her lower armor.
7) Repeat this 10 times in a row for the trophy.

This can be a tricky trophy, the commands must be quickly inputted to meet the requirements needed for un-equipping armour. Note also that this can be done at any part of the match; it doesn't have to be the beginning. The inputs are:

You have to press the above very quickly, this is quite doable for most, however new players and maybe even veterans could have some difficulty. Thankfully, doing the latter option of the trophy description (10 Offline Versus and destroying your own skirt) is much easier if you follow the method below. It may seem a bit tricky, but a little practice can go a long way. Note that if your character's upper armour breaks and the lower doesn't, the trophy will still unlock.
Go into Offline Versus Mode, set the Time Limit to 90 seconds and have a total of 3 rounds. Have both controllers play as Candy. Work towards getting the 10 wins out of the way, whilst doing this also grow accustomed to the following movesets:

For the first round, focus on using the former combination. Continue to do so until the opponent’s lower armour is weak (the dummy picture next to their health bar signifies this). Near the beginning of the second round, start using the latter combination so that you begin to break the upper body armour (while this is not a requirement for the trophy, it seems that if you do not, the armour as a whole does not break at all later). At the end of the second round or the beginning of the third round, both the upper and lower body armour should be flashing red on the dummy picture. Lower the opponent’s health to roughly 15%, and finally use the latter combination once more on the opponent against the wall. Doing so should break both the upper and lower body, thus fulfilling the trophy requirements. The trophy should unlock moments after.
