now wait and you will see a video with all the characters posing followed by a couple of fight demos, after these fight demos the characters will start posing again and the achievement will pop

I hold Up and press A to select Arcade and I watch whole character video awhile hold UP. Still nothing happen and what do you mean by "next set of posing"?

After they finish posing there is a couple of fight demos, after that the character posing will start again and you'll get the achievement

Was getting worried the first couple of times till I checked the comments. Maybe you should edit your description to explain that they have to wait until the 2 fights and then it will pop.

I got the ranking mode cheeve first then this cheev by following this solution but hitting start and LT when it prompted me to play ranking mode. I lost twice and the ranking mode cheev popped. Then I pressed start and sweet tooth popped. Thanks a million and thumbs up.

Once again, in the pre-Arcade Mode settings, this time press and hold before confirming and keep holding the button. It will play the Fighting Vipers embu, two character demos and then finally a second, alternate embu, during which the trophy will unlock.
