In Memoria (almost the end of the game) you can found 5 special weapons that give you achievement for each weapon.

Kain's Lance can be obtained in Memoria during Disc 4 after you defeat the Nova Dragon and enter Memoria. Hug the right wall and on the right edge of the screen almost directly across from the save point you will see the ! field icon. This is the location of Freya's second-most powerful weapon. Unlike some other characters this is not her ultimate weapon.

Kain's Lance is Freya's second-most powerful weapon and can be obtained in Memoria during Disc 4. After you defeat the Nova Dragon and enter Memoria, proceed through to the Entrance Room. Hug the right wall and you will see the ! field icon. Press and you will obtain this weapon.

The spear is called KAIN'S LANCE and can be purchased near the end of the game in the Memoria location.

It is located almost at the very beginning, on the screen with the first save point. Behind the wall on the right
