How to unlock the Packing a Punch achievement in FINAL FANTASY VII - Definitive Guide

Tifas limit can you get after Cloud is back from his Lifestream sequence on "Disc 2".

Go with Cloud and Tifa in the Team to Nibelheim.

In Tifas room in her house, it is the house on the right side in the middle, is a piano. Just play and hit those buttons.

cn_A , cn_X , cn_Y , cn_LB+cn_Y , cn_LB+cn_X , cn_A , cn_X , cn_Y , cn_LB+cn_A , cn_B , cn_A , cn_X , cn_A and then cn_start

After this is done you find in the piano Tifas Final Heaven.

Like all other characters finish all other Limits and use the item. Achievement done.

Just wanted to add - I wasn't able to successfully play the song with 3x speed on, I could play all the notes exactly but it wouldn't give me the limit break. Once I turned the 3x speed off it unlocked the limit break item for me.

Idk why every "Packing a Punch" guide left the requirements out for each limit break, but here they are for people who are wondering.

Somersault Use Beat Rush 9 times, even missing counts.
Waterkick Kill 96 enemies
Meteodrive Use Waterkick 7 times, even missing counts.
Dolphin Blow Kill 96 more enemies (192 total)
Meteor Strike Use Dolphin Blow 6 times, even missing counts.

You need to have Tifa in your party for this to work, and you need to interact with the front, far-left part of the piano.

When you visit Nibelheim (from disc 2 onwards) and go to Tifa's house, play the following melody on the piano -

cn_X, cn_S, cn_T, (cn_R1 & cn_T), (cn_R1 & cn_S), cn_X, cn_S, cn_T, (cn_R1 & cn_X), cn_O, cn_X, cn_S, cn_T

This will unlock Tifa's final limit break. Tifa HAS to be in your party for this to unlock.

Does her level 1-3 limits have to be unlocked first or can this be gotten regardless?

You can get it regardless, but you need to learn it for the trophy, which means you need all six previous limits.

To get this you must visit Tifa's house during the Kalm flashback on Disc one and interact with the piano, saying you jammed a little.

On disc 2, after Cloud rejoins the party, return to Nibelheim with Tifa in your party and play the following:

cn_X cn_S cn_T (cn_R1+cn_T) (cn_R1+cn_S) cn_X cn_S cn_T (cn_R1+cn_X) cn_O cn_X cn_S cn_T, then options to end.

Tifa will mention she has the sheet music, and the item is found within.

FYI, this did take multiple attempts before it finally worked. If it doesn't work the first time, keep trying!

Interacting with the piano in the flashback is unnecessary. You can skip the house entirely even.

Tifa's Level 4 Limit Break Final Heaven can be obtained after Cloud rejoins your party on Disc 2 (Page 33 of the Jegged walkthrough). You will need to use the Highwind and return to Nibelheim and play a song on Tifa's piano. Use the following button commands for the song: . Once you finish the song correctly, you will obtain the item.

Note: You must learn all of Tifa's Level 1-3 Limit Breaks before you can use the item that teaches her Level 4 skill. See here for how to unlock Tifa's Limit Breaks.

Tifa's Level 4 Limit Break Final Heaven can be obtained after Cloud rejoins your party on Disc 2 (Page 33 of the Jegged walkthrough). Tifa's Final Heaven Limit Break can only be obtained after rescuing Cloud in Mideel in Part 2. You must play a song on the piano in Tifa’s house in Nibelheim with her in the party in order to acquire this Limit Break. The song you must play is as follows:

Once you have played the correct song, press to stop playing and you will acquire Tifa's Final Heaven Limit Break. Teach it to her and you will obtain this trophy.

You can also get it after the memories, flew to Highwinde with Tifa.
