I got this in FlatOut Mode on the Keep the Flag level at Factory Arena (Level 15).
The car used for this event (Blackwood Turbo) has good acceleration and speed.
Crash into a few cars and obstacles to build the boost bar to max. Then head for the edge of the arena. Now head for a jump at full speed with nitros on. This should get you the distance required. May take a few attempts to experiment with different jump angles.
