Simply fill your nitro to the max and wait for a straight to unleash it all in one go. This will get you the “Reload!” trophy.

If you don't also get the “No Speed Limits” trophy at the same time, you may need to pick another car with higher nitro or simply upgrade the nitro for the vehicle you are using.
