FlatOut 4: Total Insanity

You need to be both, survivor (health symbol) and destroyer (fist-symbol) at the same time in an arena deathmatch. To become destroyer you need to destroy the most players while not be destroyed. Same for survivor. You need to survive longer than every other player on the field without getting destroyed. You can see who has the status of destroyer and survivor by having a look at the Highscore list pressing digital pad left or right.

In single player this is difficult to achieve. But you can easily boost this with a friend. Start online multiplayer and start a privat session with one friend. Go into arena deathmach and select one minute for playtime. Now focus on destroying the car of the friend. As soon as you destroyed the car you will be destroyer and survivor at the same time as there are no other players around. Now finish the event. Repeat this 4 more times to get this Achievement.

Remark: You need to be destroyer and survivor at once in five different events. The Achievement does not track more then one time the status per event.

NOTE: The following method is if you want to boost it online while doing other things with a buddy. This is DOABLE in the offline, but this is how I did it.

- Grab A Boosting Buddy or 2nd Xbox (Online's Dead)
>Multiplayer
>Online Multiplayer
>Create Public (Might be able to do Private but I did it this way)

Nitro Gain: 200%
Damage Modifier: 200%
Time: 1 Minute
Car: All classes
Equipped car upgrades: 100%

Invite your friend

Go to Garage, Go To AllStar Cars, Select the Fury Frenzy M600 (Looks like a Charger)

Have your friend Go to Garage, Go To Derby, Select the Derby Cookie (Starting Car)

X to Ready Up with your Buddy.

All you do at this point, is hit the gas, you'll break a few things, slam your nitro and into your friend. If you don't instantly kill him, hit him again and done. Can hit X to Retry and it'll count.
