LLDRU RDDUR RULLD LLUUR DLDRU RD
Here is the correct solution. MagnetixSQL has an extra L making it inaccurate.

Follow the sequence for Level 11.
LLDR URDD URRU LLDL LUUR DLDR URD
Familiarize yourself with the movements first by solving the puzzle normally. When you feel you are ready, you can quit to the main menu and redo the level as fast as possible to finish it in under 10 seconds.

Here is the sequence of movements so you have them.
LLD RUR DDU RRU LLD LLUUR DLD RUR D
The timeline is tight, so I put them in a rhythm that worked better for me since you have to move fairly quickly to press 27 buttons in 10 seconds. Looking at it in triplets (those of you who play music) made it a bit easier as the buttons became 2 directions for the most part. The longer one works around the dial (LLUUR). This made it a bit easier to get timing for me.
The first two sets move counterclockwise
The next two are triplets that end in the same spot (DDU RRU)
The long one works around clockwise
These three should be your quick ones to save valuable seconds.
