Select Man City or PSG (Whichever financial giant suits your fancy)
The simplest way to achieve this is to save scum and go invincible for the year. Aim to win 32-24 games (or just win the lot if you are greedy). I won this achievement on my first attempt, same as last year on Console. If you aren't losing you just don't concede enough to not have the best defense. I had 24 Clean Sheets with this method.
As far as tactics go with the Console version, I used Man City and just played the suggested tactic with no alterations to instructions or additional player instructions. Haaland, Ederson, Dias, Gvardiol, Rodri, De Bruyne, Grealish, De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, Stones, Foden... the squad is just too good to lose more than rarely.
Delegate all staff responsibilities and you should be able to zoom through the season.
