A very simple achievement to get. You can play quests with the marching with fire DLC or in co-op with a friend who owns the DLC. go to play, quests and start of with the lowest difficult and work yourself up.
The weird modifiers can make for funny challenges so its worth grinding some kills, scrap and XP when you want something else than regular PvP
