This will likely be among the first five achievements you will earn, and the other four are just as easy to unlock. Just explore the first few areas, and you will find the items that unlock their respective achievements. This one is the collectable that looks like a flower with an energy orb on top. Finding all of the orbs (18 total) in the game will unlock a second achievement, but equally important, your energy/health bar will expand for every three orbs you find.
