Artefacts are small gears that can be found throughout the map. To collect all of them you will need all of the movement abilities, the last one being the ‘disguise skill,’ which you will have after unlocking the “Low profile” achievement.

If you are missing any, unlock the compass (a guide for which can be found under the “Another lead” achievement), which will highlight areas of the map with collectibles with a blue outline.
