This will likely be among the first five achievements you will earn, and the other four are just as easy to unlock. Just explore the first few areas, and you will find the items that unlock their respective achievements. This one is the collectable that looks like a nut (as in nuts and bolts). Finding 25 of the artifacts (out of 50 total) will unlock a second achievement, but equally important, some of your characters upgrades are awarded based on how many you collect.
