After completing the second of the "rotating-box-shoots-you-through-a-tunnel" puzzles, move to the left out of the room you wind up in to find yourself in a larger room. The door you came in plus the exit door on the ceiling will close once you enter. Shield pulse the lever in the middle of the ceiling, and a mechanical arm will place a box on the floor in the middle of the room. Position yourself near the ceiling exit and shoot a bomb at the box. The exit will open and you must stay ahead of the Energy Swarm through a lengthy series of passageways. You must use your turbo boost (Y) as much as you can, in straights and to get through the several white cloud blockages. You will also encounter the familiar boxes to enter and be propelled forward with an A press. Near the end there is a door that must be opened. Luckily, you only have to do this once, so on your next attempt (and the next, and the next, etc.) it will be open. A couple more boxes to shoot through and you will finally escape. The achievement should unlock once you leave the "safe" room to the right.
