This can be done in Skirmish mode, playing 1v1 vs yourself. Make your way to the opponents base (you'll have to do a couple of AI fights along the way) and enter a battle with the other team controlled by you.
Set the opponents team up in a line, then use either kick or whirlwind to push them into each other, dealing damage to them all. With 3 enemies, the front and back take half the damage of the middle one, so you'll need to move them around to keep them all at similar health. Once all are on 1-2 health each, they should all die with one final kick/whirlwind.
