This achievement requires you to play a total of 500 games, win or lose. You should obviously take care of any specific achievements before going for this longer term one, such as getting each of the required winning hands.
Once you're ready to grind this out, there's a really quick and simple way to idle this: while holding
, remove the battery from your controller (or unplug it if it's a wired controller). This will make the game register over and over again, going from game to game. Note that, if/when you run out of chips, you'll need to turn your controller back on and press 
to accept more chips, and then you can go back to idling. It should only take 1-2 hours to idle out games needed, and my experience was that it idled for around an hour before running out of chips. Just make sure your bet amount is set for the minimum (200) to make it idle as long as possible.
