If you're too frustrated to keep trying to get this by playing yourself, you can just hold down RT to keep on dealing new hands and hope you get four of a kind from the 2nd deal.
You can hold down RT and then disconnect your batteries to turn off the controller and the game keeps dealing new hands until you run out of chips. If you're using the lowest 200 bid, it should take about 45 minutes to go through 50k chips. The dealing stops whenever you're reset back to 50k chips and you need to dismiss the popup message when that happens.

I recommend not idling for this achievement as you'll have more chances to get it if you're paying attention to the cards drawn

This achievement requires the most luck in the game. The only thing you can do to improve your chances of getting this achievement is to always hold any pair that you're dealt on the initial draw. Although it's rare, there were multiple times where I was dealt two pairs. When that happens, choose one of the pairs (doesn't matter which) and hold only one of them. Even rarer is the chance you're dealt Three of a Kind. This happened to me a couple of times. Obviously that's the highest chance of getting Four of a Kind from the second draw, but you never know. Of course, it all comes down to RNG, but rest assured this achievement will take some time to come together. Just make sure you're holding a pair every time you get dealt one (or Three of a Kind if you get that lucky), and you'll eventually get this achievement.
