Four Kings: Video Poker (UP)

This achievement requires quite a bit of luck. The only thing you can do to improve your chances of getting this achievement is to always hold any pair(s) that you're dealt on the initial draw, even if it's only one. Although it's rare, there were multiple times where I was dealt two pairs. However, I ended up getting a Full House on a hand where I was dealt a single pair, held it, and the second draw gave me three of a kind. Of course, it all comes down to RNG, so you might get a Full House right away, or you might wait quite a while you get this winning hand. Just make sure you're holding any pairs you get, and you'll eventually get this achievement.
