As the description says, you need to lose five games in a row. This game is entirely luck based, but you could force it to an extent, if you wanted to: review the hand you're dealt, and if it has no winning combinations, hold the entire thing to force a loss. If it has a winning combination, hold everything except the winning cards to redeal them in the hopes of losing.
That being said, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time forcing this achievement. If you use the idle method for Few Hundred (100G), you'll assuredly get this achievement along the way, if you don't get it naturally while working toward Next Hundred (100G).
