This achievement requires quite a bit of luck. The only thing you can do to improve your chances of getting this achievement is to always hold any Ace(s) that you're dealt on the initial draw, even if it's only one. Once I started holding every Ace, I got this achievement within ten minutes or so. Of course, it all comes down to RNG, so you might get dealt three Aces right away, or you might wait quite a while you get this winning hand.
