This achievement is basically the 100% everything achievement. There are achievements tied to every aspect of this game (compete all challenges, complete campaign, cover every campaign map with 100% vegetation, and complete the Memory of the Tribe).
All of the information is already out there for every aspect of earning this achievement, so I thought this would be a good place to collectively put that information so you don't need to search around as much for it.
First off, the campaign, for achievements sake I'd suggest going for everything campaign related in one go: full vegetation/ 5 or less cities destroyed during campaign. Take note, the 5 or less cities destroyed is not necessary for this achievement.

Solution for Safe journey In From Dust
Overall fantastic solution for everything campaign, in some instances I used my own tactics, but this guide gave me the overall idea of what needed to be done. If you get everything in one go you will nab these achievements up, as well as all progression achievements:
The Safe journey achievement in From Dust worth 36 pointsFinish the story mode without losing more than 5 villages
Second, Memory of the Tribe. If you are going for full vegetation the only thing you need to worry about are finding the hidden memories in some of the levels (basically a rock with some orbs circling around it). You must send a villager over to it, then hit
to claim the memory once he gets there. I believe there are six total and are all easily seen in said level, the only one I missed was the one in the level Emergence where its hidden under water.

Its okay if you miss any memory stones, you can simply reload the level and grab the stone (make sure and hit save game after nabbing it) I'd also suggest waiting until you finish the campaign fully if you need to reclaim missed stones.
Finally, the challenges. There are 30 challenges total, most are pretty simple, some can get a little frustrating, some you have to be REALLY fast. Overall, not to difficult though, more time consuming than anything.

I'm sure there are also plenty of youtube videos out there as well if you need a visual aid, but I'm not going to bother posting them.
Once all these requirements are met, you will get your achievement!

I doubt you need safe journey for this because less people have that achievement than this one.

This is a completion trophy. You will need to have Sanctuary (territory), Gauntlet (challenge), Memories found (Memory), and Green thumb (secondary objective) unlocked in order to earn this trophy. If you have followed the road map, then this will unlock after you have earned Gauntlet. No matter which order you decide to do things, this trophy will unlock right after the fourth of the four trophies listed above are completed.
