First you have to unlock 10 characters, this can be done by completing 175 single player levels or you can buy it in the store.

If you have 10 characters go to multiplayer and win a game with each character. You need to win 2 rounds to beat your opponent.

note: there is only LOCAL multiplayer.

I just unlocked my 10th character after clearing level 175. Seeing as others are saying they got their 10th at a different level, maybe it's somewhat random but in the vicinity of 17-195 games?

10th character is unlocked at 175, and the 11th is unlocked at 195.
It seems it is also random which character you unlock.
So you DO NOT need all characters, just 10!

FWIW, I unlocked my 8th character (Kristoff) today (Aug 9, 2021) after beating level 155, with 367 stars. Next time I unlock my 9th I'll update here.

Edit: I'm now on level 170, and still no new characters unlocked, so I'm pretty skeptical that I'll unlock 2 in the next five levels. Currently sitting at 407 stars.

Edit 2: I might've miscounted, currently in multiplayer I see the following characters:

- Olaf - locked
- Marshmallow - locked
- Anna
- Elsa
- Sven
- Kristoff
- Hans
- Young Anna
- Young Elsa
- Pabbie
- Young Kristoff

that's 11 total characters, with 2 locked, and 9 unlocked. So maybe there's still hope for me to get #10 after level 175. My achievement tracker has me at 80% complete, which is why I thought I was at 8/10, but maybe I missed a character in multiplayer?

Edit 3: yeah I missed one, played a MP match as Hans & my progress bumped to 90%. So very likely once I hit level 175 I'll get my 10th char & this achievement.

Edit 4: today I hit level 175 (420 stars) and unlocked Olaf (my 10th character). After doing one more MP match with him the achievement unlocked.

You will unlock all of the 10 characters at various points in the single player levels. The hard thing about this is they are unlocked completely at random. However the further you progress into the SP levels the higher the chance of unlocking them all you have. Once you have them all simply play a local multiplayer snowball fight with each one and you will earn this trophy.

You can also buy the entire character team via microtransactions but I advise against that.
