** Due to the game being a Rogue Lite I cannot give an exact location to get the achievement ** however I can give you the method I used to get the achievement.
Method :
Choose the 2nd comic(chapter) - called Operation Crimson Dusk
this is the only chapter/comic with exploding barrels.
Find a room with a barrel and jetpack enemies. Its also good if you have a stationary enemy that you can lure the jetpack enemies to.
Keep luring the enemies to where you can kick the barrel and as soon as all 3 are bunched up use your special move (Y Button)
This will freeze them in place. Once you have frozen them , go to the barrel and push the direction facing them and the B button to kick the barrel at them. If done correctly all 3 will die and the achievement will unlock.
If you dont find a room that works just push start and restart until you find one which can work for you. It took me about 5-6 resets to find a suitable room on chapter 1 of comic 2.
