** Due to the game being a Rogue Lite I cannot give an exact location to get the achievement ** however I can give you the method I used to get the achievement.
Method :
The achievement is for stomping on 30 enemies. Jump above them and push the down direction to stomp them.
I suggest using your upgrade points to have max health as you can take a lot of damage going for this. Start at the beginning Comic 1 (Chapter 1) and stomp on every enemy you see. You can have the achievement knocked out before you start chapter 2 of comic 1.

The first chapter is the best one for this. Slow and easy, just go over to each enermy and stomp it ;)
