** Due to the game being a Rogue Lite I cannot give an exact location to get the achievement ** however I can give you the method I used to get the achievement.
Method :
This achievement is all about luck , however I found the easiest way is to find the Sawblade launcher. Using this on the sub bosses on Comic 1(Chapter 2 and 3) makes very short work of them. As soon as the boss fight starts throw a grenade up and shoot your saw launchers , keep tapping grenade between your shots and the boss will die before 5 seconds is up , unlocking the achievement in the process.

Easier to be done in coop.
Just throw everything you got at it. Its also easier if you have really good powerful weapons.
Use grenades, your powers, all of it. Once you run out of bullets, try throwing the gun at it! XD
