How to unlock the G-Force Special Agent achievement in G-Force - Definitive Guide

You must complete the game on any other level before the Special Agent level will unlock. This level isn't all that hard, its just that you only get two extra lives. Try to only open the boxes until after you kill everything around you so you dont waste health power ups.

This difficulty will unlock once you beat the game on Easy, Normal, or Challenging difficulty. You then need to beat the game on Special Agent difficulty to get this trophy.
